Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact and business information you enter, including your name, company, country, buyer type, product interest, requirement, quantity, target market, timeline, email address, phone number, and message.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to validate the submission, respond to your request, qualify product and documentation requirements, prepare commercial follow-up, prevent abuse, and send an acknowledgement.
Email delivery
The website checks whether the submitted email domain can receive mail. Enquiry notifications and acknowledgements are delivered through Microsoft 365. Email correspondence may therefore be processed and retained within Emberelle Foods' Microsoft 365 environment.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers or professional advisers only where needed to operate the website, respond to the enquiry, comply with law, or support a potential order.
Retention and security
We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiry follow-up, business records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and hosting logs
The website does not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Azure hosting and related infrastructure may generate technical logs needed for security, reliability, and diagnostics.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to legal and business-record obligations. You may also withdraw from follow-up communications at any time.
