Quality & Lab Reports

Testing policy for serious-heat ingredients.

Testing is not presented as a blanket marketing claim. Product limits, methods, laboratories, sampling, and document release are agreed against the buyer brief and confirmed lot.

Quality framework

Clear requirements before broad claims.

Product identity, test scope, packaging, and document release are confirmed for the buyer requirement.

Lot-specific product identity

Buyer-agreed test scope

Documented pack specification

No unverified numeric heat claims

Why testing matters

Extreme-heat chilli orders need a defined product specification, sampling plan, test scope, and release document.

Moisture specification

The maximum limit, method, and report timing should be agreed for the product form and intended shelf life.

Aflatoxin testing

Testing can be included where required by the buyer, product risk review, or destination market.

Sudan dye testing

The screening method and applicable buyer or destination requirement are agreed before order confirmation.

Salmonella / microbiology

Organisms, limits, methods, and the sampling point are defined against the buyer specification.

Pesticide residue testing

The residue panel and limits are aligned with the destination market and buyer brief.

ETO testing

ETO requirements are reviewed against the destination and included only where relevant to the agreed scope.

Request batch or order documents

COA, laboratory, lot, packaging, and dispatch documents are released only against a confirmed product lot and agreed buyer scope. Include the product, destination, quantity, and required test panel in your request.
